What to Expect

Veterinary Service with Courtesy & Respect!

As a new client or existing client to either of our practices, you can expect our full attention to your pets’ needs. Our services will be provided with care, courtesy and respect. When you arrive for your appointment you will be greeted warmly. For our new clients, the receptionist will take some of your personal information such as your address and telephone number, take a history of your pet and gather data for the doctor, then we will usher you into the exam room as soon as it is available.

Then Dr. Guillet will see you, examine your pet, answer your questions and plan a further diagnostics or treatment as necessary.

You will then see the receptionist again to wrap things up, schedule any follow up appointments that may be needed and handle the billing.

Our goal is to see all our clients and patients on time, however there will be times where the unexpected will create delays. We will ensure these are minimized as much as possible.

*Please Note* The clinic is closed daily from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm for lunch with the exception of Wednesdays when it closes for the day at 11:30 am. *ALL SURGICAL PROCEDURES ARE DONE IN OUR LANCASTER CLINIC Surgical admittance is from 7 am to 7:30 am on Tuesdays and Thursdays ONLY.
